Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at divaessentialsstudio@gmail.com. We'll send you instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Pre-Orders Pre-order items ship within 2–3 weeks of purchase. All pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded, as items are produced based on demand.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
