Shipping policy

We currently ship to all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time Estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks from the date of dispatch. As we operate on a pre-order model, please allow additional time during high-demand periods.

Shipping Cost Lithuania (Omniva) - €3 (Free on orders over €100). European Union & United Kingdom (DPD) - €11.90 (Free on orders over €160).

Carriers We ship via DPD and Omniva. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking All shipments are tracked. You'll receive your tracking details in your shipping confirmation email. For orders outside the EU (UK, Norway, Switzerland), the buyer is responsible for any local import duties and taxes. 

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control.
